Not a Great Start
Braybrooke fell at the first hurdle with the first game of the season against league and division new boys Berkshire United. Evidence of some of the team not having enough time on the pitch together was evident, although the odd bright spark gives me hope this is not the sign of things to come. 1st Round of the presidents cup coming this Saturday 11th Sept will be the next test. Onwards and upwards.

Penultimate Pre Season vs. Ascot
In their penulimate pre season match, Braybrooke FC took on Ascot. With 4 players out for holidays and injuries, this was the opportunity for others to shine. Stu McRobbie crowned his return to centre back with a goal, and rookie Jayson Parsons got on the end of a through ball to wrap up a comfortable if not hugely convincing 2-1 win.
